Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. We currently don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want your family to love every pair from our Athletics, Boots, Dress, Casuals, Boys’, and Girls’ collections. If you’re not completely satisfied:

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks and hosiery from our Accessories collection unless defective or incorrectly shipped.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Include in your email:
    • Order number
    • Product details (name, size, color)
    • Reason for return
  3. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  4. Package securely in original packaging with all tags

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product, following our standard shipping timelines.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items from any collection (including Boys’, Girls’, Athletics, or Dress shoes), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
