If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item from our Athletics, Boots, Dress, Casuals, or Kids’ collections, we’re here to make the process simple and hassle-free.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- All tags must still be attached
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks and hosiery from our Accessories collection unless they are defective or incorrectly shipped.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Return Shipping Options
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product. Shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from any of our collections (including Boys’, Girls’, Athletics, or Dress shoes), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
